Keith McAllister
Chairman and CEO
 Mr. McAlister has an impressive history of successful ventures. Before founding International Oil & Gas Holding Corp., Mr. McAllister co founded Mobile Wireless Security (“MWLS“), a technology service company that offered wireless streaming video security solutions. Prior to that he was President of Entertainment Direct TV, which was acquired by Broadband Wireless International Corporation, where he served as co-Chairman and CEO. Mr. McAllister served as CEO of Dudley Bernichi Diamonds in Cape Town, South Africa, and was responsible for exporting investment grade diamonds from South Africa to North America from 1998 through 2000. Mr. McAllister developed his international business experience as a restaurateur and nightclub owner of five properties in Detroit, Toronto and Cape Town. Mr. McAllister attended the University of Wisconsin. |

Dr. Ron Tripp
Vice-Chairman
 Dr. Ron Tripp is a past President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Broadband Wireless International Corporation. Also, Dr. Tripp was the president of U.S. Operations of the Mendel Japan Corporation based in Tokyo, Japan, an import export company focused on hard commodities in the international market. He currently serves as President of USA Judo, the National Governing Body for the sport and is a past member of the U.S. Olympic Committee. A seven time world medalist and World Champion, Dr. Tripp has a proven record of success in the business community and his personal endeavors. |

Wesley Marr
President of Bio-Tec, LLC
 Mr. Wes Marr has owned and operated many private companies since 1999. Mr. Marr’s responsibilities for IOGHC will include sales management, strategic marketing, product management, contract negotiation and production management. He will also be responsible for site selection, building design, equipment evaluation and procurement. He recently founded Marr Fuel Enhancement LLC, which holds to patents on solutions to current fuel problems and a method that solves certain bio-fuel issues. The Company also developed a regional sales territory with customers in Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Clients include government agencies (federal, state, county, and city), trucking companies, truck stop chains and construction firms which he will introduce to IOGHC. |

John Richard Graves
President IOGHC
 Mr. Graves brings over 27 years of executive management, sales and marketing, bio-chemical research, bio-remediation and environmental regulatory reporting to IOGHC. He joined the Company by merging PSP Science & Technology, Inc., a research and development company he co-founded in January 2006 to create bio-based products for the bio-diesel industry. From June 2002 to December 2005 he worked for Castor Oil Inc., researching processing and developing products for farming. While at Castor, he worked with Dow Chemical Company in a joint project between Dow, Castor and the Department of Energy. From 1998 to 2002, Rick taught Biology, Chemistry and Physical Science at the Plainview Independent School District. Prior to teaching, Rick owned and operated a recycling and composting business, and was Sales Manager for from 1985 to 1996 Daffern Steel & Supply Co., Inc., where he had extended responsibilities in accounting, marketing and environmental reporting. He was a Development Engineer for Asarco, Inc. and was responsible for underground injection wells, chemical sampling and waste disposal facility management, maintaining State and Federal compliance. Mr. Graves has an MA in Education from Wayland Baptist University, Plainview, Texas, a BS in Biology/Chemistry and an MS in Environmental Biology in 1977 and 1979 respectively from the West Texas State University, Canyon, Texas. |

Gary Graham
Senior VP Gas and Oil Division
 Gary’s background and experience in management, sales, product development and the oil industry bring a unique mix of skills to IOGHC. Gary recently left Park Place Motorcars, a high-end retailer of prestige cars where he lead sales volume and was promoted up through Manager and Director from 1995 to 2006. From 2002 to 2003 he successfully launched a new location for Marathon Coach, a converter of Prevost bus shells into luxury coaches. His accomplishments at Marathon included developing new markets for the PGA Tour and the Private Jet Industry. He was the owner/president of Slammer Enterprises, which produced TV programming in the Dallas and Washington D.C. markets for ESPN and consulted for the International Auto Exchange, the first online auto auction and national network of high-line import auto dealers. Gary was Owner/President of Auto One, Inc. from 1984 to 1987. From 1979 to 1984 he was President and CEO of Pentagram Energy Company, which he founded in 1979 for exploration, development and operation of oil and gas properties. His programs had a 90 percent successful completion rate. He also joint-ventured a 2,000 acre/14 well development with Whitson Oil Co. Mr. Graham attended the University of Oklahoma and earned a BBA with a major in Accounting and later was a Graduate Assistant in the School of Petroleum Engineering's “Oil Field Development“. |

Douglas Marr, DVM
Procurement Consultant
 Dr. Douglas Marr brings business management, veterinary and USDA experience as well as a long list of contacts in the U.S. agriculture market to IOGHC. Mr. Marr has most recently consulted for APHIS in California and from 2002 to 2003 for BPI in South Dakota. In 2000 he co-founded Agri-World, Inc. Prior to his work in California, he served as a USDA-FSIS Circuit Supervisor, overseeing and supervising 20 Veterinary Medical Officers and 200 food inspectors in Western Kansas. The area covered the largest fed cattle circuit in the world. He also was Inspector in Charge of fat cattle abattoir for the USDA-FSIS in Guymon prior to his Kansas assignment. Dr. Marr started a solo large animal practice in Manhattan Kansas. Dr. Marr’s undergraduate studies were at PSU, Goodwell Oklahoma and Kansas State University where received a BS degree in Animal Science. He received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Veterinary Medical School, Kansas State University. |

William Proctor
Senior VP Business Development
 Mr. Proctor has over 36 years experience in broadcast network, media, journalism, business management and communications. He has been a veteran reporter at various TV stations and for the past 28 years at Detroit’s ABC affiliate as Senior Reporter on the station’s morning newscast. He is the founder/owner of Orion Business Services, Inc. and the creator of its unique offering of quality services for manufacturing and service companies. He founded and ran Orion Financial, a mortgage company, which he built to 39 loan officers and over $100 million in residential and commercial loans. He also contributes his time as a public servant, leveraging his notoriety to the cause of justice and to the needs of underprivileged youth. |

Charles D. Craft
President of Corporate Security
 Charles D. Craft is President and Chief Executive Officer of the security firm X-Men Executive Protection, Inc. in Detroit, Michigan where his company has provided security services to the Metropolitan Detroit area since 1995. His company’s primary areas of security encompasses executive protection, special events and entertainment and production events that have included the following events: 2007 NBA Finals (Las Vegas, NV), 2006 Super Bowl (Detroit, MI), 2006 MLB World Series (Detroit, MI), 2005 All-Star Game, NAACP Convention, WWE, WWF, American Idol. Mr. Craft has been recognized by several organizations including the United States Secret Service for assisting in providing security services for former U.S. President, Bill Clinton. |

Melanie Poyo-McAllister
VP Corporate Operations
 Ms. Poyo-McAllister brings start-up managerial experience and organizational skills from several early-stage companies to IOGHC. She has held administrative and human resource management positions at Entertainment Direct TV, Broadband Wireless International Corporation, and Mobile Wireless Security Inc. Ms. McAllister is responsible for all corporate level operations and compliance for the Company. She will also manage corporate records maintenance, support shareholder communications, as well as direct corporate events. |
